for PATTAYA TRADER 171 (B)

THE-GREAT-DRAGON-RIDER'S-
DARKEST-HOUR-CAME
Blew, blew, blew, the blizzard,
while flew, flew, flew, the giant-winged-lizard,
on its back the grand old wizard.
Blew, blew, blew, the snow-storm,
white as is white the magical unicorn,
only to leave the blackest morn.

THE-FAIR-PLAY-EMPLOYER-
FOR-POOR-MAN-HE
He hates the rich
but hates being poor.
Who'll keep the wolves
from the door?
Some hate the rich
yet play the lottery
though they are not
as poor as can be.
Driven  by envy he is not.
A fair-paid job he hasn't got.

ON-STEPS-PASSES-
WE-TWO-MADE
We passed on stone-stairs.
It was she going up
and I just going down.
Some went up and down in pairs.
Don't give me that dirty-look.
To meet we sure were bound.
Though it was later, and on the level.
Which bedded the angel? Which bedded the devil?

FIND-MERIT-AND-
DAMN-MISFORTUNE
When the wheel of life
is roulette
you take a chance,
you place a bet.

When the wheel of life
is sagious
the gambling habit
is less contagious.

SELF-SALVATION-THROUGH-
INWARD-OBSERVATION-FOR-SHE
Looking to the outward stars
instead of her inner-scars,
salvation lies not out there,
she'll carry her scars everywhere.
This world has much to teach her
if she'd let the lessons reach her.

A-SUGAR-DADDY-GIRL-SHE
After a father figure
was the girl, I know.
A good few years younger than me,
she sat down and said so;
in a bar in Pattaya,
in a land that's young.
I was that father figure.
Sought sugar the pretty-one !
