GROWING-WIZARD-WISE-AND-LESS-LIKE-
THE-GREEN-KID-DOROTHY?!
I believed him a wizard,
like The Wizard of Oz.
To my child's mind
that is what God was.
The Kingdom of Heaven
a castle in the air,
in an Emerald City.
A yellow-brick road led there.
Yes a yellow-brick road
that rises up like a stair.
The kingdom is within
this child was later told.
Whether or not the wizard's within,
oh to be now wise as he then old !
