Is that a flying Frisbee
or a far-off flying-saucer
caught in your photograph ?
"It's my discus," says the thrower
coming closer to where we are.
No nearer to beings from afar ?!

She lives in the country
by a roaring waterfall
with which she's so familiar
she now hears it not at all.
He lives in the city
by a roaring wide road
with which he's so familiar
he no more hears the heavy load.
With noise they've been familiar
but only in this are the two similar.
