for PATTAYA TRADER 230 (B)

MONEY-AND-MIRANDA
Tempestuous is Miranda,
but she's also prosperous.
Stormy-marriages to wealthy-men
find have left her thus.
No man is an island,
or so we hear it said.
Though best leave her alone,
she will wreck a guy's head.

YES-A-WIND-GOES-MOAN-
OVER-A-MOSSED-GRAVEYARD
Life is for living, far more true
when well-aware we're passing through.
Settling down is like the very tomb
when we are in springtime's sweet-bloom.
It is towards the summer's near-end
smelt unkind autumn's coming on the wind.
Over old-graves in its passing
the wind, like a ghost, bemoans the mossing.

SO-CATS-DON'T-DUCK-IN-WATER
Cats lap up milk
though a pond's a bane.
Ducks take to water,
can't stand the rain.

Life is a laugh
and a sad-sack,
but runs like water
off said ducks' backs.

THE-SWORDSMAN'S-MEASURE-HAD-
THE-BAWDY-NURSE
We find Juliet's nurse
was a bit of a bawd.
She'd have had the measure
of Romeo with his sword.

She'd have had the measure
of Juliet, her ward.
Juliet, willing sheath
for Romeo with his sword.

BITCH
I didn't keep you on a leash
but gave you enough rope.
Whose is that bone between your teeth?
Go back to him, let him try cope.
