In the backs of vans,
on aeroplanes, in coaches.
Autographs for gathered fans,
empty beer-bottles, roaches.
Very strange foreign lands,
holtel rooms, sandwhiches.
These guys make up the band.
Theirs, drugs and groupies
and contractual demands.
